Hello! My name is Allison. I am the owner of Blonde Design Co. I am a hairstylist originally from Kitchener-Waterloo and the Guelph area but I have now lived in Listowel for the last 4 years! I specialize in blondes and curly hair but I am skilled in all things colour and cuts! I love making everyone happy and for you to feel beautiful no matter what you would like to do with your hair!

Cassidy - Mount FOrest Location
Cassidy is a licensed stylist at Blonde Design Co.! She has been doing hair since 2023. She is passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with her clients while helping them achieve their hair goals in the healthiest way possible. She specializes in curls and lived-in, low maintenance colour. When she is not behind the chair, she enjoys hiking with her dog, playing hockey and reading. She looks forward to meeting you!
renee - Mount FOrest Location
Renee is a licensed hairstylist who loves creating lived-in blondes, seamless blends, and hair that looks amazing without feeling high-maintenance. She’s certified in Nano and Weft extensions and is always learning new techniques to give her clients the best results possible. Her goal is for every client to feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely excited about their hair.
Norah - Listowel Location
Norah is our apprentice at Blonde Design Co. She graduated from The Hairstyling Program at Fanshawe College. She is creative, has a kind personality and a genuine love for the beauty industry. Norah is excited to welcome clients into her chair as she starts her hairstyling journey!
Grace - Listowel Location
Grace is a licensed hairstylist and blonde specialist at Blonde Design Co. who is passionate about creating bright, dimensional blondes tailored to each client. Hair has been her passion since she was in high school doing hair competitions. She strives to make every appointment feel relaxed, welcoming, and personalized—so clients leave not only loving their hair, but feeling more confident and refreshed. She is so excited to see you in her chair!
Meagan - Listowel Location
Meagan is a hairstylist who loves creating everything from bright, bold colour to soft, lived-in blondes and sharp, modern cuts. She specializes in vivid transformations, blonding, and alternative styles, while still keeping things wearable and tailored to you. Meagan's focus is always on healthy hair, good vibes, and making sure you leave feeling like your best self. When she’s not behind the chair, you can usually find her cuddled up with her cats and a good book, learning a new song on the guitar, playing video games, or getting a new tattoo!
kiera - Listowel Location
Kiera is an emerging stylist passionate about lived-in blondes, seamless blended balayages, and modern barbering services. She loves creating effortless, beautiful hair that makes her clients feel confident and refreshed. Whether you’re looking for seamless dimension, bright blonding, or a fresh cut, she is all about helping you achieve a look you love. In her spare time, you can find her cuddled up on the couch with her puppy and a good book. She looks forward to seeing you in her chair!
Liberty - Mount Forest & Listowel Location
I’m an apprentice at Blonde Design Co. and a recent graduate from Voila Institute. I’m passionate about all things hair and I love continuing to learn and expand my skills. I enjoy connecting with clients to create looks that make you feel your best. Bonus: I run on chai — come hang out in my chair!
